Everyone has stress in their lives and it is different for everyone. What one person experiences as stress may not be stressful for someone else. Sometimes everything seems to come at once and we get overwhelmed. The way in which we usually cope doesn’t work now. Demands of the workplace, school, personal life can become too much. Stress can take it’s toll on our bodies, minds and ability to function in everyday life. Sometimes we need extra support while we learn new ways of coping.
