In general, I see people every week or every other week. In my experience once people start counselling they are eager to get to work to see changes in their lives.
Yes, any indigenous person with a status number has counselling appointments with me covered by NIHB.
Your first appointment will be up to 90 minutes, in order for me to hear your story and for us to get to know each other. After that sessions are 60 minutes.
This is very much on an individual basis.
I offer daytime to the evening and Saturday appointments.
